It is with heavy hearts that Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® honors the life and legacy of our beloved sister, Cassandra Wilson, who transitioned peacefully on September 2, 2026, at the age of 70, surrounded by family and friends in her hometown of Jackson, Mississippi.
We extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and the entire Beta Delta Omega Chapter as we celebrate a life beautifully and boldly lived.

We concluded our Champions weekend in the house of the Lord, and the message was clear: stop comparing yourself to other people. Comparison is the thief of joy. God didn’t call any of us to be someone else — He called us to be exactly who we are, exactly where we are, for exactly such a time as this.
Pray against manipulation. Pray against intimidation. And walk forward knowing the One who appointed you is the One who goes with you.
