Authorized Vendors
Authorized vendors of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® are officially approved and licensed businesses permitted to produce and sell merchandise featuring the Sorority’s trademarks, symbols, and brand identity. These vendors are expected to uphold established branding, quality, and professional standards to ensure that all products reflect the excellence, integrity, and legacy of the organization. Supporting authorized vendors helps protect the Sorority’s intellectual property while providing members with authentic, high-quality merchandise created with pride and purpose.

Vendor Requirements
Businesses interested in manufacturing, producing, or selling merchandise featuring the name, trademarks, logos, symbols, or other intellectual property of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® must obtain an official vendor agreement and licensing approval. A vendor contract is also required for businesses seeking to sell merchandise, paraphernalia, or related items at Sorority-sponsored public events and functions.
Please note: Businesses are not authorized, licensed, or approved to manufacture, market, distribute, or sell any registered or trademarked Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® merchandise until a signed and fully executed licensing agreement has been issued by the AKA Corporate Office.
Vendor Infraction Form
If you become aware of a vendor producing, distributing, or selling unauthorized merchandise using the name, trademarks, logos, or protected symbols of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, we encourage you to report the matter promptly. Unauthorized use of the Sorority’s intellectual property undermines established brand standards and may misrepresent the integrity, legacy, and values of the organization. Your assistance helps protect the identity and excellence of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® and supports the preservation of authentic, approved merchandise.
