Welcome to the home of the Sensational South Central Region! As the 27th South Central Regional Director, I look forward to building on the foundation that has been laid and engineering a new path in keeping with the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® international program theme, “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood.”
Service is indeed the signature for the South Central Region in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and New Mexico. The region is composed of more than 10,000 service-orientated members with more than 120 undergraduate and graduate chapters who have been serving since 1924. The South Central Region is ready to further our mission of providing supreme service to all mankind through our various signature programs, Empower Our Families, Build Our Economic Wealth, Enhance Our Environment, Advocate for Social Justice, and Uplift Our Local Community.
