Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated believes the same. Therefore, the 2014 - 2018 Administration has strategically aligned with corporate partners to assist in achieving the organization's international program targets. Also, the Sorority remains a steadfast member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) and partners with other member organizations to alleviate problems of mutual interest and facilitate programs and service that positively benefits the communities we serve.

Since its founding in 1970, Africare has delivered more than $1 billion in assistance to millions of beneficiaries across the African continent. Africare centers its development approach around active community participation and partners with local organizations to ensure institutional strengthening and capacity building. The Alzheimer’s Association works on a global, national and local level to enhance care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The Association is the leading voice for Alzheimer's disease advocacy, fighting for critical research, prevention and care initiatives at the state and federal level.


The American Heart Association (AHA) is the nation’s oldest, largest voluntary organization devoted to fighting cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Founded in 1924, the organization now includes more than 22.5 million volunteers supporting its mission. The AHA funds innovative research, brings awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and educates lawmakers, policy makers and the public while advocating for changes to protect and improve the health of communities.

NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Regardless of race, age, religion or economic status, mental illness impacts the lives of at least one in four adults and one in 10 children across the United States. NAMI advocates for access to services and treatment, and is steadfast in its commitment to raise awareness and build a community for hope for all of those in need.


The United Nations Association of the United States of America (UNA-USA) is a membership organization dedicated to inform, inspire, and mobilize the American people to support the ideals and vital work of the United Nations. For 70 years UNA-USA has worked to accomplish its mission through its national network of Chapters, youth engagement, advocacy efforts, education programs, and public events. UNA-USA is a program of the United Nations Foundation. UNA-USA and its sister organization the Better World Campaign represent the single largest network of advocates and supporters of the United Nations in the world.
