1. Go to aka1908.com/southcentral and log in to the Members Only section.
2. Click the menu “Register for Cluster Retreats”.
3. Click the “Register Now” button for the cluster you want to register. For example, 2025 North Louisiana Cluster retreat.
4. You will navigate to the regions’ Events page.
5. Click the cluster event you want to register. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THAT YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE CORRECT CLUSTER. 
6. Once you register, you should receive an email confirmation titled Event Registration from southcentral@aka1908.com.
7. There is no support for group registration at this time, so sorors will need to register individually.
8. No refunds or cancellations are allowed, only transfers.
9. Transfers must be completed when registration closes for the cluster event.
10. No onsite transfers or registration.

How to Transfer: 

Members can perform transfers themselves. Please note you can only complete this transaction once. Do not accidentally do this if you do not want to transfer.

Follow the steps below to transfer your registration:

1. Navigate to aka1908.com/southcentral/members-only and log in to the Members Only section.
2. Click the menu “Register for Cluster Retreats”.
3. Click the “Register Now” button for the cluster retreat you want to transfer your existing registration.  
4. You will be on the Event page for the selected cluster. 
5. Click the Manage Registration button. 
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hover over the three dots
7. Click Transfer Registration
8. Search and select the attendee you want to transfer. They must be an active member.
9. Fill out the additional information required
10. Click Transfer
11. Please note you can only complete this transaction once. Do not accidentally do this if you do not want to transfer.
