Toni Wallace Franklin
Mrs. Toni Wallace Franklin’s leadership experience within Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® spans the international, regional, chapter, and undergraduate levels. At the international level, she served as AKA EAF® Regional Coordinator from 2022–2026 and as a member of the Risk Management Committee from 2018–2022. Regionally, she has served as Tennessee Statewide Cluster Coordinator, 90th South Eastern Regional Conference General Chairman, member of the South Eastern Region Protocol Team, Regional Evaluations & Investigations Team, and Regional Membership Committee, as well as 81st South Eastern Regional Conference General Co-Chair for Logistics and 74th South Eastern Regional Conference Registration Chairman.
At the chapter level, her service includes roles as President,Vice-President, Secretary, Sergeant-at-Arms, Program Committee Chairman, Standards Committee Chairman, President’s Council Chairman, Founders’ Day Chairman, 25th Anniversary Steering Committee Co-Chairman, Pearls of Service Foundation Vice President, Graduate Advisors’ Committee member, and Leadership Development Committee member. Her undergraduate leadership experience includes serving as President and Membership Chairman. Mrs. Franklin is the recipient of numerous awards including the Velma Lois Jones Pearl Award, Silver Member of the Year Award and Reva Allman Member of the Year Award.
