Leadership Fellows

The 44th Annual Leadership Fellows Program is a remarkable program for selected undergraduates that gives them a number of tools to develop and expand their leadership skills both professionally and within Alpha Kappa Alpha.

Accceptance into this prestigious program is a testament to the members ability to exude the attributes of exceptional leadership skills, academic achievements, and a commitment to excellence.

The Leadership Fellows Program was founded in 1979 with the intent to aid undergraduate members of our illustrious sorority in developing the necessary skills to assume job responsibilities in the workplace. The program is designed to provide a unique experience that will help undergraduate members grow personally and professionally.
