The Ida L. Jackson Institute is designed to impart knowledge of core leadership skills through the use of high quality evidence-based education. Each Institute graduate will be poised to lead with excellence.

Leadership Institute Areas of Emphasis

• Graduate Basilei Academy – designed to support and empower graduate chapter Basilei through interactive and impactful workshops, networking and relationship building.
• Emerging Leaders – designed to assist all members of the region, at all levels of leadership, assuring they are supported, enlightened and enhanced, by providing the appropriate building blocks to ensure leadership at the beginning level.
• Speaker Series – designed to provide specific areas of focus to all members of the region, at all levels of leadership, through featured guests and topics.
• Undergraduates – designed to provide support to the Undergraduate Affairs Committee through an enhanced undergraduate experience complete with leadership and life skills training, learning modules and resource guides.
