The Ida L. Jackson Institute is designed to impart knowledge of core leadership skills through the use of high quality evidence-based education. Each Institute graduate will be poised to lead with excellence.

Leadership Institute Areas of Emphasis

• Undergraduate Lunch and Learn – designed to provide support to the Undergraduate Sorors through an enhanced undergraduate experience complete with leadership and life skills training, networking, resources, and build a bridge to Graduate Chapter Membership.
• Basilei Academy – designed to support and empower graduate and undergraduate chapter Basilei through interactive and impactful workshops, networking, and relationship building.
• Affinity Boot Camps – designed to build the knowledge and skills of sitting and aspiring Chapter Officers and Committee Chairmen within the region, with hands-on support, resources, and a cadre of experts to ensure exemplary leadership and subject-matter experts. Sorors will be able to meet in job-specific groups to learn and share best practices.
• Speaker Series – designed to provide specific areas of focus to all members of the region, at all levels of leadership, through featured guests and topics.
