The Mid-Atlantic Leadership Institute (MALI)

May 24, 2021

The Leadership Institute’s training is designed for continual leadership development training and personal enhancement for the Mid-Atlantic Region’s goal of “Building MARvelous Leaders.” The 2020-2021 term, which opened in November 2020 with the Institute’s highly successful launch, ends in November 2021 and will be delivered in a quarterly format. All tracks are virtual with the November 2021 courses planned for on-site activities, as permitted. Institute inaugural attendees will be recognized at the 2022 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference.

Track 1 Basileus Pinkprint is open to current chapter Basilei and Anti-Basilei with learning modules focused on strengthening chapter leadership development.

Track 2 Building Blocks is open to current chapter officers (other than Basilei or Anti-Basilei), and committee chairmen with classes focused on leading in effective chapter administration and program implementation. Eligible sorors who missed the initial enrollment period may still enroll in Tracks 1 and 2, based on their current position status in their chapter and payment of the full Track fee.

Track 3 Leader Construction courses are open to all sorors and cover on topics of interest in sorority, professional and personal development. The Institute’s Quarterly Lecture Series features a special keynote speaker discussing relevant and timely leadership topics that will motivate, inspire, and uplift all participating Track and course attendees. We hope you take advantage of all Institute offerings.
