International Second Vice President
Keniece Gray is the International Second Vice President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. An advocate for urban development, equal education and equal opportunity, Keniece is using her God-given talents to serve others. Currently enrolled in Case Western Reserve University’s (CWRU) Integrated/Accelerated Master’s of Accountancy program in Cleveland, Ohio, Keniece is a three- time recipient of the Office of Multicultural Affairs’ Award of Academic Excellence, a two-time recipient of the Stephanie Tubbs-Jones Memorial and Jane E. Hunter Scholarships, and was recently recognized by Northeast Ohio’s chapter of National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) for academic performance. In addition, Keniece is a recipient of an Alpha Kappa Alpha Educational Advancement Foundation (EAF) scholarship and Cleveland’s NPHC undergraduate scholarship.
On her college campus, Gray is an advocate for improved diversity and inclusion. She is founder of The EXCEL Club (EXCEL), an organization created to help minority students optimize return on investments in their college education while investing in their career development; a member of the African-American Society, and works closely with the Office of Greek Life to ensure recognition and inclusion of NPHC organizations on campus. As a Civic Engagement Scholar, Gray commits to at least 100 hours of community service annually.
Initiated into Omega Chapter in spring 2013, Gray has served Alpha Kappa Alpha in numerous positions. She has served as chapter president, vice-president, standards, membership, and technology chairman, Undergraduate Northern Ohio/Western Pennsylvania Cluster Coordinator for three terms, and was recently selected to serve on the Great Lakes region’s Membership and Programming committees.
Outside of AKA, Gray is a member of New Community Bible Fellowship, an executive committee member of NEO’s NBMBAA chapter and a member of Hawken School Alumni Association. She is an undergraduate student representative on the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Leadership Council, NexGen Committee. Gray has gained professional experience as a former ITS, Tax, and Audit Intern, Investment Operations Intern, and Internal Audit Intern with Deloitte, M.A.I Capital Management, LLC, and Nestlé Purina, respectively. During the school year, Gray works as Career Peer in CWRU’s Career Center. She is a proud Cleveland, Ohio native blessed with a strong support system of family and friends; Gray’s mother, a mental health specialist, and father, Sergeant in the United States Army National Guard, inspire her and her brother to serve all mankind.
Keniece loves to travel, try new foods, engage in mentorship, and spend time with friends and family.
