Hollye J. Weekes is a native of Jackson, MS and is currently a senior at Wiley College in Marshall, TX where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and minor in Mass Communications. Upon completing this degree, she plans on furthering her education by pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy. Her ultimate employment goal is to be an Independent Medical Film Director with a concentration in Pediatric Education and also an officer in the Military.
Hollye was initiated into the Phi Chapter at Wiley College in the Spring of 2016. She has served as president, standards, membership, technology, protocol and programs chair. She is a 2017 Leadership Fellow and Northeast Texas Undergraduate Cluster Coordinator.
Hollye is involved in various activities and organizations such as: Campus Ministry, Information Technology, Editor of the Torch for National Pre-Alumni Council, and Yearbook and Journalism. She is a member of Sigma Alpha Phi National Society of Leadership and Success, Business Manager for National PanHellenic Council, and Enactus. As a certificated Producer, she has hosted and wrote multiple television shows that concentrating on the importance of obtaining a high school diploma, life in the workforce/entrepreneurship, and the pursuance of academic excellence.
As a child of a purple heart veteran, Hollye has lived in three countries, completed over 5,000 hours of community service, is a member of an international golf team and a youth motivational speaker.
Hollye enjoys skateboarding, watching NCIS, photography and traveling.
